Customers and contracts
Company records, locations, contacts and key people, including multiple companies within the same group. Contracts move through entry, provisional management, activation, extension and closure while remaining linked to the equipment they cover.
Clearly identified equipment
Each product has a record with its type, brand, model and IMEI or serial number. Its company and contract links make it possible to trace its support history and any replacements.
From request to ticket
Requests can be entered by your team or submitted through a customer form. In the public process, the system checks the company and product and looks for unresolved cases with the same identifier to prevent duplicate requests.
Managing each case
Sequential ticket numbers by year, contact details, fault descriptions and categories, status, notes and attachments. Cases are tracked through to closure, including permanent replacements and temporary loan devices.
Communications and history
Email communications for acknowledging and handling requests, with templates your team can manage. Tickets, notes and documents remain available after closure, providing continuity for future service work.
